Registration Information

5 QUICK & EASY WAYS TO REGISTER

·   Online: You can register here at the Learning Exchange website by clicking on the buttons on the left.

·   Mail:  Send check or money order to:  Learning Exchange

·   Phone:  Use your Visa/MC/Amex/DC to register. Phone (916) 929-9200 and have your credit card number ready.

·   Fax: Fax your completed registration form with your credit card information to (916) 929-0806.

·   In Person: Our office is located at 1111 Howe Ave., Suite 115, near the intersection of Howe & Hurley.

 

CONFIRMATION LETTERS

After we receive your payment, you will receive your confirmation letter via e-mail.  In the event you do not have an email address, your confirmation will be mailed to you.  We encourage you to register online to receive the most efficient response.  When not registering online, expect to receive your confirmation letter by mail before the first class meeting.  It is your responsibilty to let us know prior to your first class if you did not receive your confirmation.

 

REGISTRATION FEES    

A non-refundable registration fee of $10 per person is charged in addition to your course fee.  Note: Learning Exchange Members DO NOT pay the monthly registration.  For information about becoming a Member, please click the memberbership button on the left.

    

MATERIALS FEES

Materials fees, if any, are paid directly to the instructor at the first class.

 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Students enrolling in Learning Exchange classes must be 18 years of age unless otherwise indicated.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot attend a course as planned, you may receive a Learning Exchange credit voucher less your non-refundable registration fee.  Please notify our office (voice mail available 24/7) BEFORE the first class meeting in order to receive a voucher for the full amount.  Sorry, no vouchers issued after the first class meeting.  (Note: Computer and cooking class cancellations must be made at  least 48 hours in advance in order to receive a credit voucher.)  Special events and trips are non-transferable and non-refundable.  No refunds are issued for courses that may be postponed due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Learning Exchange credit vouchers are good for 12 months.

 

Refunds are given in the unlikely event Learning Exchange cancels the course or activity.

 

Learning Exchange reserves the right to change location, schedules, fees and instructors when necessary.

 

OUR GUARANTEE 

If after completing a Learning Exchange program you feel the program was not as described in our catalog, we'll issue you a credit voucher for the course fee plus $10 additional credit to use toward a class of your choice.  Your request must be made in writing within seven business days after completing the class.  This offer does not apply to trips or tours.
